How Do I Enroll for Guardian EFTs?

Guardian offers free EFT enrollment through ECHO Health's EFT/ERA Direct portal. Follow the steps below to start receiving electronic payments directly to your bank account.

   Visit the Guardian EFT/ERA Direct enrollment page

   Go to enrollments.echohealthinc.com/EFTERADirect/Guardian to begin the enrollment process.

2. 2

   Enroll Using TIN

   Select Enroll Using TIN. Using an existing Guardian EOB for reference, submit your TIN, EOB Draft Number, and EOB Draft Amount.

3. 3

   Connect your bank account

   Provide your bank account and routing information to complete enrollment.
